Lessons are on a semister basis.  The EFS is operated on three semisters: Fall, Winter and Summer.  The fall semister starts with the school year in September and concludes in December with winter break.  The winter semister starts in January and concludes with summer break in June.  There are no lessons during Spring Break.  A contract is required at the beginning of each semister along with a deposit.  Please see me for details.
