I am a professional, performing flutist with the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, a member of the American Federation of Musicians, Local 40-543, and a member of Music Teacher's National Association. I hold a Master of Music degree in Flute Performance from the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Music degree from Trinity University . My principal teachers were Robert Willoughby, Bernard Birnbaum, Paul Doebler, and Vicky Bigley. Some of my undergraduate work was done in France and Italy, where I studied with Maxence Larrieu, of the Geneva Conservatory, and Michel Debost and Kathy Chastain of the Paris Conservatory. I have played in master classes with performers such as James Galway. I can be contracted to play for special events; solo and with ensembles. Contact me for further details.
